Sigh.
“I suppose if we couldn't laugh at things that don't make sense, we couldn't react to a lot of life.”
Man, life is going by too quickly. BUT!
This weekend, we're going to CHC Conference in Redmond. I'm really looking forward to it. Two days of teaching, fellowship, and of course, fun!
I'm so excited to hear both....
S.M. Davis speak,
It will surely be a weekend of exhortation and encouragement. Are you coming?
Hope to see you all there! =)

Celebrating my last day...
As a teenager, and my first day as an "adult".
Wednesday, April 18th, 2012 = my 20th birthday.
"In the end, it's not the years in your life that count; it's the life in your years". ~A.Lincoln
"Help me now, to live a life that's dependent on your grace. Keep my heart, and guard my soul from the evils that I face. ~Valley of Vision.

Ah, Beethoven.
Today, Beethoven is m' man. The Moonlight Sonata, his moody symphonies, and his piano sonatas.
All good music resembles something. Good music stirs by its mysterious resemblance to the objects and feelings which motivated it. ~J.C.
Is it just me, or does it bother you when you feel like you can totally relate to an insane person?
Sigh, some days I wonder why more of us aren't insane, like Beethoven.
I was born with music inside me. Music was one of my parts. Like my ribs, my kidneys, my liver, my heart. Like my blood. It was a force already within me when I arrived on the scene. It was a necessity for me-like food or water. ~Ray Charles

My Happy Cup of Coffee
It isn't mine, it's Ali's, given to her for her birthday. But since I teach violin from 9-5 today, she let me use it to put my latte in.
Oh, and guess how much Mr. Smile holds? Like 20 oz of coffee!!! Oh yes.
Smiling is contagious,
you can catch it like the flu.
Someone smiled at me,
And I started smiling too.
~unknown.
One more thing, because this is another thing making me smile today....
After my solo with MBY Symphony last Saturday, (we did Sheherazade, and I played the finale solo, "gulp"!)
We came home to this beautiful bouquet left by our friend Mrs. B. who attended the concert.
Bradley also had a solo in his Junior symphony for the song When Johnny Come Marching Home, on his clarinet.
He was AWESOME! Go buddy!!!
How cute is the chubby bumble bee balloon?
Have a great day everyone, and don't forget to smile at someone, it might be the only sunshine they see all day. =)
"Who cares what they are wearing? From Main Street to Saville Row,
It's what you wear from ear to ear, and not from head to toe that matters!
So remember, you're never fully dressed without a smile."
~Annie
