Do any of you remember the last time you had a white christmas? Whether there was already snow on the ground, or it was snowing when you got up on Christmas morning, I'd love to hear about it, espescially since I don't think I've experienced a white Christmas that I can remember.

I remember one white Christmas years ago when we were at our G'pa and Gma's house in Seattle. We left for home after having had our Christmas celebrations. As soon as we pulled onto the freeway, though, we started sliding down the ramp, as was everyone else! Seeing as we couldn't drive, we went back to their home, put our chains on, and cautiously started again. I don't know if it was this time or another time, but we sat still on the freeway for hours, traffic stopped because of the snow and slick roads. Everyone was getting out of their cars and walking around talking to other people... on the freeway! We children sat happily in the car, coloring with our new coloring books we had gotten for Christmas:-).
Wow Laura,what an adventure you had that Christmas! That's so funny about people actually getting out of their cars to start talking to people! It sounds like it could be dangerous though! Thanks for commenting!

I'm still waiting for a white christmas. I have only been here a year, Califorina never has white christmases.:) Even if in the mall they play songs like "Let it snow"
I hope it snows this year even if's just a little bit!! :)
